A tale of rhyme...and little reason! The story of a dim-witted family of four who embark upon an adventure of disaster and mishap, and unwittingly unravel a sinister secret in a town where 'grey-matter' matters.

When the brainless are burgeoning...the halfwits become heroes (sort of)

Inspired by Laurel and Hardy, It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World, Steptoe and Son, Beavis and Butthead , Curb Your enthusiasm and Trailer Park Boys, ‘The Lumpheads’ has been crafted to raise a smile. Brimming with gummy old men, men with beards that look like women with beards, culinary disasters, accidental bee discharges and flea-bitten donkey troubles, ‘The Lumpheads’ is a slapstick comedy of errors leading to an unexpected finale.

The book itself is presented in a tangled web of fast-paced, fluid, intricate super rhyme (in fact this book contains over 700 lines of rhyme!) which is complimented by detailed hand drawn illustrations. I have also taken great care in designing the book, from creating a font for the text to hand stressing each page to create a grubby, worn aesthetic.

I hope all you scrufflins enjoy it!

A truly wonderful work. The impeccable, fluid, frenetic rhyme is a joy to behold and the richly detailed illustrations are the perfect companion to it.....and it's pretty darn funny too! - Magic Sam (the people's magician)
