Noa can find just about anything, but isn't having any luck finding friends in his house. So, he sets out in search of some by leaving his house. On this adventure, he meets Bear, Ferret, and Wolf and the four of them continue their search for a home where they belong. As they travel and see beautiful things, they realize that home is with the companions they've already met.

SEARCHING FOR HOME is an endearing story about friendship and finding a home in people rather than a physical place. The lyrical writing paints the sweet plot and the soft, wintery pictures put everything together. I love how this story teaches that people and friendship are more important than the tangible things. Being an excellent finder, I love how all Noa has to do is look around the corner to discover some friends to go on an adventure with.

Final Verdict: I would recommend this to children who love animals and stories about friendship. It's heartwarming to see these animals come together and find a home in Noa.
