A Family Like Ours is such a wonderful children's book.
The authors take us on a journey to explore different families and what they look like. How sometimes families are ones you are born into and others we build.

The illustrations are very well done. The images are very inclusive, offer a look at family size, skin color, same sex parents, etc.

I love how much thought the authors put into writing their story. The information about what makes a family is written plainly for younger children to easily comprehend.

A Family Like Ours makes for a wonderful family time read!
