I really enjoy the book, easy to read, interesting story, excellent characters.
Raven is unique and really cool and awesome, and Alexander.... well he is just perfect.

I didn't like it. I think that it is a typical creepy gothic story(sorry, I'm not trying to offend anyone here). It has a basic story line-goth girl that doesn't fit in, shy but strange boy likes her, she falls for him, she finds out he's a vampire, he leaves to "protect her", she decides to set out to fing him. I think that it lacks substance.

I was introduced to this book by my friend who told me that I should read this book. I was skeptic at first because I didn't believe that this book was going to be good. First of all, I'm not into the whole vampire theme thing. But once I started to read a couple of pages from the book, I found that the book was not that bad. There's a love story that happens in the story and it's cute. It's not those cheesy type romances that you usually find in books. I recommend this book to fans of Stephanie Meyer or whoever loves Twilight or New Moon.

Living in a small town as the only girl who wears black lipstick, vampire fanatic sixteen-year-old Raven Madison (Goth girl) is an outcast. But not for long for the rumored-to-be haunted mansion on top of Benson Hill, Ravens Barbie Dream House, that has stood boarded-up for years has been recently occupied by a mysteriously strange new family and a creepy old butler. Raven is excited about the new arrival and can’t wait to meet the occupants in the mansion. So being as impatient as she is she decides to sneak into the old mansion discovering gold framed, wood framed, rectangular framed mirrors covered with blankets and a big painting with Frankenstein, the Werewolf, and Count Dracula. Who are this strange people- especially the great looking, seventeen- year -old, handsome, dark, and secretive Alexander Sterling? Could the town prattle be true? Are they vampires? I really enjoyed reading “Vampire Kisses” by Ellen Schreiber it’s hilariously funny and Raven can’t help but pull you along on her every adventure of love, mystery, and darkness. Ellen Schreiber’s dark and exciting romance tells the story of two outsiders who fall in love in a town where being different is sort of a crime. Ellen Schreiber was an actress and a stand-up comedian before becoming a writer. She is the author of the novel TEENAGE MERMAID.
