Top Five Reasons to Fall in Love with Parker Madison

In Defying Gravity, Parker is the younger brother who feels like he’s always in the shadow of his older brother, Luke. It’s hard for him to see how great he is, so I thought we could take a minute to tell him.

5. He helps his mom in the kitchen.

Okay, I know, not totally romantic, but this is a guy who cares about his family, and is willing to help out when needed. Even if that means setting the table for a big dinner, or lending a hand with the cooking.

4. He sees beauty in ordinary things.

Parker wants to be an architect someday, and he often studies things as simple as a ski hut or a café to understand how it was built, and how he could improve the designs. His biggest dream is to design ski resorts, combining two of his favorite things into a career.

3. He’s a great friend.

Whether it’s sticking by Zoey’s side through thick and thin, or the way he treats his buddies on the terrain park at Snowmass, Parker is there for people when they need him. And he’s fun, too. Any guy who’s willing to make a snow angel just because is high on my list.

2. He doesn’t run from romance.

Ladies, we all know guys whose idea of romance is an unwanted texted picture. Parker is not one of those guys. He doesn’t run away from the idea of a cozy sleigh ride, or a night out dancing at a hot club. He’s totally down with treating the girl he loves like the queen she is (in his heart, anyway).

1. He’s a sexy snowboarder. Sexy. Snowboarder.

Riding jibs, catching air, doing tricks off a twentyfoot kicker…you name, he’s up for it. He’s not in it for the glory, but for the Zen, and the fun. Unlike his brother, who’s only into shredding down a hill as fast as possible, Parker’s into perfecting his skills, and isn’t above using them to catch the eye of a certain girl…

He may not see it, but Parker’s a pretty awesome guy. Now…if only Zoey would notice…

Meet Defying Gravity!

Disclaimer: This book contains enough sexual tension to melt snow, the hottest near-kiss in the history of near-kisses, and a sexy snowboarder determined to win the heart of the girl he loves.

Zoey Miller lives for her holidays in Aspen. Her time up on the mountain with the Madison brothers, Parker and Luke, is everything. But for the first time, it’s not enough. This time, she’s determined to win one of the brothers’ hearts.

But the brother she has in mind is a renowned player, with hordes of snow-bunnies following him around Snowmass resort. And the other…well, he’s her best friend and knows she deserves better. Namely him. And he’s going to win her heart.

It’s cute that he’s a snowboarder. When I was a teen, skateboarders were the hot guys.
