The Naughty List meets Elf in Max Fernsby and the Infinite Toys, a charming, hilarious, illustrated middle grade Christmas tale about three friends who join forces with the two wayward elves to save the holidays!
Max Fernsby seems like your typical 10-year-old kid, but when a red bag literally falls on his head from the sky, Max finds he suddenly has the power to produce any toy in the world!

But what Max doesn’t realize is that the red bag only wound up in his hands because two of Santa’s most troublesome elves decided to take Santa’s sleigh for a joy ride. The bag fell out along the way, and if they don’t get it back to the North Pole soon, Christmas itself may be in jeopardy. Not to mention a greedy businessman has eyes on the bag and wants to steal it for himself!

It’s a race against time to save Christmas in this hilarious, illustrated, middle grade adventure from the acclaimed screenwriting duo of Peter Gaulke and Gerry Swallow.

What I liked:
What if you found a Santa bag and found out that it would grant you infinite toys? What if you wanted a puppy and knew a greedy toy company was trying to control Christmas? The Naughty List meets Elf in this beautiful book about three friends who discover Santa's bag and two wayward elves who accidentally lost it. Like any classic Christmas Tale, someone out there wants to ruin Christmas for everyone, but there is also a lesson to be learned. Max doesn't have a great life, but he does have two great friends. When they find a Santa bag, they use it to get lots of toys. Then, they decide to use it to help others have a better Christmas by selling toys much cheaper than the tyrant, putting other toy companies out of business. What happens when they find out who owns the bag and where those toys are coming from?
Final Verdict:
A unique bag that allows toy wishes granted, an exceptional job, and a place to fit in would solve all of Maxes and the two naughty elves' problems. The bag becomes an opportunity to change the lives of many and bring joy. Max Fernsby and Infinite Toys is an easy-to-read chapter book with lots of heart, humor, and great characters.

This is already my favorite Christmas book of this year. An easy and fast-read story.

I love the humor, all characters (even the mean ones playing their funny part), and the mishaps that lead to such a great end.
When Max (a 10-year-old orphan) gets his hands on a red bag... that accidentally falls from Santa's sleigh because two elves decided to treat themselves with pizza... for being the first elves to put pants on a moose... Ahahah It's awesome.

All that Max wants is a puppy.
The bag gives Max all the toys he wishes for and gives him and his friends ideas... The bag becomes an opportunity to change the lives of many and bring joy.

Of course that some of the adults are very cranky, mean, and evil. They will try to get their greedy hands on such treasure, will they succeed?

Has nice and fun illustrations. Love the cover
