Great book!

Wonderful, wonderful book! Such a great sequel to A Great and Terrible Beauty. I love how Libba Bray continues to develop her characters, including the Realm, even after we think we know all there is too know! The ways in which she slowly divulges the back story belonging to Gemma...

Good book

The characters were well-developed and the storyline was intriguing. I thought the ending was quite abrupt though. Overall, an excellent book and I look forward to the next in the series.

Not my type of book - writing style

I liked the concept of the story, but I didn't enjoy the writing style and stopped reading after the first couple of chapters.

Excellent third book

Excellent third book in the series. I loved the way that the story played out. It was extremely believable. Her characters are so vivid and real that you can easily get lost on their adventures. The story picks up right where the last one left off. The...

Pretty good book

The characters in this book aren't as well developed as I would like, but I really liked the concept behind the story. I thought the main portion of the story was drawn out a bit too much. I liked how they merged the Banshee legend and current times to create...

Great book!

Make sure that if you are going to read this book, you have the next one handy as this one ends in a cliffhanger. Meg Cabot has done an excellent job bringing her characters to life. Each character has such individualistic quirks that you can't help,...

Good book

I have to say that I loved this book...even more than I loved the first one. There's something about Rayne that I just identify with so strongly that I can't help, but love her. I felt this sequel moved at a much quicker pace than the first book and was...

Not my type of book

I gave this book my obligatory 20 pages, but just couldn't get into it. To me, it just felt like the main character was being whiny and complaining about everything. I wasn't in the mood to read that.

Not my type of book

I couldn't get past the grotesque zombie beginning or the description of the characters. This was definitely not my type of book and I stopped after about 20 pages.

Great series!

Meg Cabot's books are so easy to read. You can breeze through one in a day. This book is the culmination of the trilogy and perfectly wraps up all of the loose ends. I liked how she brought everything back together and made it so that...

Couldn't get into it

I tried to read this yesterday. I've tried to read it before. The characters just don't jump out at me like I'd like them to and I gave up after 10 or so pages.

Excellent book!

I first read this book as a child and just recently listened to it as a book on CD. As an adult, the wonder and magic of this story is just as present as when I was a child. In fact, it is more so as I understand more of...
