this book is amazing!!!!!!!!! Ive read the whole series...& this one is my 3rd favorite of the saga. man, this book was soo amazing! Edward & Bella are perfect for eachother! i liked how bella has this great personality & how she likes to help out. She's friendly...& sarcastic, like me. I liked how Edward was always with bella, as much as he could be. And i like the cullens. their awesome! though, i didnt really like roasalie, till the fourth book. but i still loved it! and i liked how it all ended up to the end of the book, where James tries to kill bella. i mean, i didnt like how he tried to...i just like how edward saved her. so much detail....

"About three things I was positive.  First, Edward was a vampire.  Second, there was a part of him -- and I didn't know how dominant that part might be -- that thirsted for my blood.  And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him."

Usually, the first thing I do with a new book is to read the back cover, and, if included, reviewer comments, which are sometimes printed on the first few pages inside, so I started Twilight that same routine way. My copy of Twilight has no reviewer comments, but almost immediately, I discovered I didn't need them.  The above quote - lifted from the back cover - was all it took to get me hooked;  if I had needed more, the Preface would have done that job equally well.

Stephenie Meyer writes a strong beginning to her novel and doesn't lag in the middle or at the ending either.  I found Twilight very difficult to put aside. When I was getting close to the end of the book, I didn't want it to be finished, yet I felt compelled to continue reading right up to the last word.  I had to know...

Now that I have read Twilight, I know it is not your usual vampire story. Edward and the other vampires in this story aren't at all what I expected them to be; they are far different than Bram Stoker's Dracula or the vampires in Stephen King's story, Salem's Lot.  It's a refreshing difference and one that I am glad I discovered.

Twilight is a classic story about forbidden love, told with a twist!  As an adult reader, I was certainly shocked at how quickly I drank this book up!  I just could not put it down!  The characters are believable, even if some of them are vampires!  Ms. Meyer weaves such a tale about love, compromise and danger, that I was entranced.  It is not everyone's cup of tea, however.  If you read a novel for beautiful literature and excellent writing, this will not be the book for you.  If you read a novel for a beautiful and thoughtful story just for the fun of reading, then I suggest you read this right away.  I recommend this for 12 yrs to adult.

stephenie meyer creates an unusual view of modern day vampires in our society.  We enter the world of Bella swan in Forks, WA.  Bella's parents are divorced and Bella is spending time with her father.  She struggles to fit in at her new school and is drawn towards the elusive and handsome Edward Cullen.  Travel with Bella as she grows closer to Edward and his unusual family.

I think, personally, it was the best book I have ever read. It was amazing! I really like the way it is written. Whenever I picked up this book to read some of it, I actually seemed like I was really there with the characters. I was so glad it was a series because when I was done with Twilight, I felt like I had nothing else to read after that. If you ever ask me what I think is the best book to ask you to read, it would definitly be Twilight, and the rest of the series. So, in case you for some weird reason you don't know, the series is Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn. So grab the book and you will most likely end up addicted like me. Have fun.

maybe it's the fact that no girl can resist Stephenie meyers' edward or jacob, but it's no joke when i say that twilight is a great book.  well written and not over the top chessy, this book shows us the meaning of young love, you'll begin to see that romeo and juliet weren't the only star-crossed lovers. it's amazing to see the transition someone makes when fallin for someone but it is without a doubt true, raw, and charming. this book has humor, love, and action. it's like reading a movie in one sitting.

Twilight is a book that I know many teenagers have heard about. At first, i din't want to read the book because that was the book that everyone was reading but then i started hearing more and more about it, and thought to myself if everyone is reading this book then it must be good. Twilight is about a teenager, Bella Swan, who moves in with her father. She starts school at the local high school where she meets Edward Cullen, when something happens, she learns that Edward and his family are hiding something that no one is to know about but Bella is determined to find out his serect especially when she realizes she loves Edward.

Twilight, written by Stephanie Meyer, was an outstanding book for young adults. It was such a heartwarming story that I couldnt set down. This book tells of a teenage girl named Bella Swan who goes to live with her father for a month every summer in Forks, Washington. During her stay, Bella falls in love with a mysterious 17-year-old boy named Edward Cullen. There is a secret behind him and his family which Bella later finds out in this adventurous and fascinating love story.
