The Pop-Up Guide: Cities Around the World

I really enjoyed this little pop-up book!
It was a short read, no more than 20 pages! Each city included a few educational points.
I found Istanbul to be the most fascinating, I had no idea it was situated on two continents.

I was a little off put by the author referring to Big Ben as the clock on the Elizabeth Tower, as Big Ben is actually the nickname of the Great Bell; however, I do know the clock is called Big Ben.

I loved the illustrations. Not only did the physically pop up, but the colors were vivid and did some popping of their own!
The little touches such as the hotdog cart in NYC, or the cable car in Rio really made these images spectacular. My child had so much fun learning about these places and pointing out the fun things on every page!
