Even though i wouldn't read this book if ididn't have to for school i thought this book was ok.. it had some good issues that alot of teenagers go through and i think people like lauren *looks up* should get over themselves because seriously its not thatbad..stupid posers
I liked this book but it took to long to get going and wanted more things to happen or atleased more interesting things to happen. James Maloney went far but not far enough he could've gone further with his ideas for the book. I'm reading another of his books now, and he has some okay ideas but I don't think he will use that to his advantage. Plus why do adults have to judge the book kids should than he (Maloney) could get some real feedback.
i don't think it is my kind of book and i only read it because we had to for school, but come on people, just because u didn't like it doesn't mean u should tell every one you know not to read it, they might enjoy it.
Hmm, I found this book to be extremely boring...maybe it is my age or whatever. I found the family issues to be toally realistic, but there wasn't much else to the book. It was sort of a waste, but oh well.
have not finished think it is a good book you have to understand what he is talking about, Carl Matt is a boy who has abandonment issues and unlike the rest of his family he is kind and generous and is forced to work and drop out of school to support his brother and stuck up aunt
