What I liked:
Elf Academy Happy Santa Day is the third book in the Quix Fast Fun Reads from Aladdin, and this time the elves and Santa are very thankful. Happy Santa Day is a delightful chapter book for 5-8 years old who are ready to read beyond picture books. There are illustrations included in the book to add to the whimsical feel, but each chapter is short and sweet.
Final Verdict:
As a parent, I can appreciate the effort from the publisher to provide books that bridge between simple picture books and lengthy chapter books. The Glossary at the back also provides an easy way for children to find out the meanings of words on their own further helping them become independent readers. Elf Academy is a fun, quick-read series with whimsical characters, entertaining stories, and incredible moral lessons.
