The illustrations themselves are beautiful, detailed, and imaginative. They bring to mind Audubon's bird paintings, and will captivate readers of all ages.
As a nonfiction picture book, it is fantastic in every way! I highly recommend ABOUT RODENTS for all libraries and schools, as well as for young readers who love animals.
