White Fang was a superb book. In the beginning it was a little confusing, with everything that was going on. Sooner on in the book it became a better and very interesting book. The setting was in Alaska, and during the Klondike Gold Rush. There are many different characters, but the main character is basically White Fang. This book had a great Climax, and it left you wondering what was yet to happen.
Some issues I had with the book were that in the beginning, it was a little confusing. Just the way that it was worded, and how the story changed totally from two people who really didn’t matter, then to White Fang the wolf-dog. It slowly got easier and by about 1/4 of the way through the book it was an easy read and very interesting.
Good Points
This book was an easy read and it was an interesting book.

Okay I gave this book a 1, and that's being nice! I think it is SO boring! It killed me to read even the first chapter!!! I almost fell asleep reading it! I don't like any of Jack london's books!!! Sorry, but I hate the plot of his storys, and I'm literally UNABLE TO READ IT!!! I almost had to do a book report on it, but picked a different book, cause I read a sentence of that book and fortgot EVERY WORD IN THAT SENTENCE! If I did do the report I would have failed! because it wasn't intresting enough for me to remember it!

OVER ALL THIS BOOK IS... BORING! AND ANYONE WHO SAYS DIFFERENT IS CRAZIER THAN I AM! AND NO, I DID NOT JUST CALL MYSELF CRAZY!!!

In this classic, you get to read about a wolves journey. It may sound boring, but it's really not.
White Fang is the name of the main character, who happens to be a wolf. He would be described a "mutt." He was half wolf/half dog.He goes through so much as a baby. He deals with losing his brothers and sisters, losing his father, and by being taken away by an indian tribe.
Later on, his mom leaves him and he is forced to fend for himself.
Read this classic to find out what White Fang had to overcome. He really grew up when he had to and it teaches a lesson.

I would highly recommend people to read this. It's been one of my favorite's since i was in 3rd grade.

White Fang is a book of understanding and learning. White Fang is a wolf born into the wild North. When his father gets attacked by a lynx and never comes back, and his mother gets taken away, White Fang gets left in the wild with no parental guidance. He discovers water, fire, and learns a great many things that he needs to avoid. But what hurts the most is being alone and unloved. He thinks the man animals (humans) are only mean with sticks and whips and stones. He has yet to find true safeness. This is an adventurous story which you need to read to know the true meaning of "learn".

White Fang is a story that vividly describes the brutal and vigorous life of the Far North. It is a moving account of the life of an extraordinary wolf. He is sold to the cruel and merciless Mr Smith. The evil new master starts torturing the White Fang with a single aim - to turn him into a real fight dog. After many successful fights, the White Fang gets a deadly injury and is saved by a man with a good heart. That's when he learns what it really is to be loved.

White Fang is a unforgettable book about bravery, faithfulness and strength of spirit. It's a favourite reading of many people because of London`s ability to relate his story to universals that ultimately ensure its timeless appeal.
