Many animals live in tree holes, from raccoons to frogs to birds. Large and small, they all seek shelter from the environment or predators. Some need small holes while others need larger ones. Some sleep during the day while others seek refuge at night. The holes in the trees can be created from different things, like lightning, branches breaking, or woodpeckers. Either way, all can be a home for another animal.

TREE HOLE HOMES educates children about the different animals who live the holes of trees. It's crazy to think that so many different species search for the same type of shelter. The illustrations are adorable and there is more information about each creature in the back of the book. Seems like if you stumble across a tree hole, you never know who you're going to find hiding or sleeping in it.

Final Verdict: I would recommend this to fans of animals and it can be used as an educational tool to get the gears of their minds turning. It also stimulates their imagination to get them thinking what it would be like to live in a tree hole, silenced from the outside world.
