The Quacken is a cute, child friendly story about a gigantic duck that can eat a whale whole!

We follow Hector to Cucumonga Campground, where weird things have been happening.
Being a childish take on the kraken myth, the story is fast paced and fun. Kids could easily read this alone, or together as a group activity. The Quacken makes for a great read aloud!

The illustrations are beautiful and fun. Each spread is full of motion, lending exciting action to Colón's text.

Young kids will find humor in this short story about a giant cuddly duck, it is sure to be a hit.
