Teen Idol was one of many great books from Meg Cabot. My favorite part was when you find out Luke liked Scott's ex. It was much better then the Princess Diaries series. In fact, I liked it sooo much that I must of re-read it a dozen times!

Teen Idol by Meg Cabot, is a great read for girls. Like Ms. Cabot's other books, (The Princess Diaries, Mediator Series)this book will surely captivate teenage audiences.
This book is about high school junior, Jenny Greenley is known around her school as the ultimate nice girl. But somethig changes when teen heartthrob, Luke Striker comes to her town to shoot a movie and she's the one to keep his identity a secret! Follow Jenny's hilarious adventure in this awesome book!!

Teen Idol is one of Meg Cabot's best works. Her character seems more realistic and believable than her Princess Diaries main character, Mia. Mis always seemed like a teenage stereotype to me and in a way it made the author seem as though she was gently poking fun at her readers. However this character seems well-rounded and realistic.
The storyline is intriguing and while it's obvious who the main character will end up with, the fun part is trying to figure out who the "Teen Idol" will wind up dating. It's a fun read that I recommend to readers of the Princess Diary series.
