About me

I live in Winter Park, Florida. I was raised in Paris, France. I grew up racing all over the city, going to see as many movies as I could, as well as art galleries. I studied Art and Literature in England and Film at Brown University where I led a music group, graduating with a B.A. in 1980. I was miraculously healed after being given five years to live following a brain tumor operation in 1977. Ever since being healed, I have a passion for healing which I write and speak about.
From 1987-2012, I owned an auto detail company, in Tulsa, OK, out of my house. I taught my two sons the art of auto detailing from an early age, and I had the privilege of working together with them for many years.
In 2010, I wrote about the father-son relationship with my son Josh in my book, “The Coolness of Josh.” At the age of 22, he was in a depressed condition and an abusive environment, and after two suicide attempts by a miracle I was lovingly able to build a friendship with him, which made him feel loved and accepted. Josh and I share the pain of the past, confront the lies that separated us, and start living a life filled with laughter and happiness. Josh mended and ultimately flourished.
In 2014-2015 I did an audio book version, which I narrated and edited. I am a passionate writer and love voice presentations, public speaking, doing radio interviews, theater, film, and song performance (included in the audiobook is the song, “I Love The Way” which I wrote and performed).
