Leapike Ridge

The main characters are Tom and Reg. Reg and Tom are trying to get out of the mountain. Tom and Reg get trapped in a mountain.

The reason I like this book is Reg eats bugs and fish. And Tom eats bugs and fish, too. Toms mom has a house on a ridge.

I recommendation is the age limit I think would be ages 9 through 20. and people who love chapter books. And people who love happy endings

Book Review of leepike ridge

This story is about a brave little boy who is 11 years-old and his name is Tom. His dad died in a plane crash. They thank. His mom needs a husband to help with Tom, but Tom disappeared. He ends up in a cave and finds two friends, a dog and a man named Reg. There is treasurer hunters who are pretending to look for Tom, but they are really looking for treasure. Tom floats into a cave in the middle of a mountain called LEEPIKR RIDGE. Two men see Tom floating down the river. Tom thought they would get out some day, but Reg Tom thought they would never get out. All Tom and Reg had to eat was coral dads and crazy berry drinks. On top of that Tom cut his head open. I think boys would like this book more. And if you like adventure books and storys with happy endings. Did I Minchin, cave man. This is Cameron Martin 5grade Mrs. Bramletts class and schools location Byrd Elem.

Good luck.

The Unfound Treasure

This is a story about an eleven year old boy named Thomas Hammond who lived by Leepike Ridge. Tom and his mother, one night, were having dinner with Toms teacher. But Tom, upset and angry, Toms teacher asked his mother to marry him. Tom went outside and jumped on some foam on the stream and went unconscious. When he woke up, he realized he was in Leepike Ridge. He meets a man named Reg and his dog Argus. They survive on crawdads and discover stuff, they wouldnt think to discover.

I liked the book because it was very interesting. Like the part when Reg told Tom he has been down here for several years. I wonder how a man can even survive so long in a cave. I liked the book because it was very funny. Like the part when Reg fainted and said to Tom, Men dont faint. People afraid of needles faint. Men blackout. That was hilarious! I disliked the book because the end to me was very sad, at the same time happy, but sad. I liked the book because at the end was also strange, it was unexpected, those books I like.

I recommend this book, Leepike Ridge to kids who like strange, creative, funny, astonishing books. Leepike Ridge should be for ages 8 to 108. This is a very good book and I hope youll enjoy Leepike Ridge.

Lee-pike ridge

                                              By Blake Beckham

Lee-pike ridge is about a boy named Tom, his mother, Elizabeth, has been asked to be married with Jeffrey, a school teacher, Tom, mad as ever, escapes from his home and floats down a nearby river on a piece of packing foam, he falls asleep (typical) and is lead down through a tunnel, or cave, and meets a man named Reg, and a dog named Argus, with no way out! Will they make it? Find out for yourself, in Lee-pike Ridge!

I loved the book! Its jam packed with action, suspense, and down right awesomeness! But this book keeps you on the edge of your seat!

I would recommend this book to anyone over 4; this book has words I dont even know. Mostly older people would like this kind of book.

Here is a quick summary. It is a story about a boy who teacher who is getting a little to close to his mom and day he gets pushed over the edge and ventures off. Will he find his way back home?

Secondly the reason I liked this book is because it surprises the reader such as the part where he reaches the cave and sees someone quite familiar. Who do you think it is?

Lastly I would recommend this book to book lovers and people who love stories that give you the giggles and put you in tears. Well hope you enjoy. Pick up your book today!

Leepike Ridge
By Emily Wilson

Jeffery, Toms schoolteacher, just asked to marry Toms mother Elizabeth Hammond. Tom just cant handle it so he floats down the creek behind his house on a piece of foam until he falls asleep. When he wakes up he is in a cave with a dead man, and floats down to another cave and finds a man named Reg. By that time Elizabeth has called the police and started to search for Tom and she wants to do it all by herself. Then Tom and Reg decide to try and get out of the cave. Elizabeth is so desperate she loans her house to treasure hunter that are searching for Tom to use as a stakeout. Will Tom ever see Elizabeth again? Will Jeffery marry Elizabeth? Read Leepike Ridge to find out.

This was a terrific book, here are some of the good parts! I liked this book because it took place in the mountains. But I disliked the book because of the Treasure hunters. I also liked the book because there was a big problem. Read the book!

I recommend this book to anyone about 8-80 who likes nature and adventure. It was a terrific book but it had some difficult words in it. READ LEEPIKE RIDGE
