This hilarious diary follows a 14-year-old girl named Georgia through her everyday life in England. She has the normal problems of a teenager, such as having the painters in, boys, and her family.

However, it is Georgias abnormal problems that make this book so funny. Her cat, Angus, has gone mad. She and her best friend go boy stalking. Also, some crazy bullies at Georgias school convince her to participate in several strange activities, such as levitation. The best thing about this book is that there is a glossary at the end to fill you in on the British slang used in the book, such as bloke, prat, O-levels, and many more.

I would recommend Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging to all girls. Georgias life is easy to relate to, and her crazy situations put your embarrassing moments into perspective. You will laugh as Georgia goes to a party dressed as a cocktail olive and cry while she struggles through the trails and tribulations of being a teenage girl. This diary is great for any mood you are in. If you havent read Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging by Louise Rennison yet, its time for you to go to the bookstore!

This is a very funny book. Very, very funny. I bought it in a bookstore in a British airport, knowing I had a four hour layover in Houston, Texas. I read it on the plane, as I couldn't help myself. Yes, I had to buy another paperback once I got to Houston.

Anyway, I totally identify with Georgia, I mean, who doesn't? And I laughed very loudly everytime she mentioned her cat, Angus, or her sister, Libby, so that I got several strange looks from the other people on the plane. This book's a definite must read.
