FIVE STARS. Scott Westerfeld is BRILLIANT.

In the future, when you turn sixteen, you don't get a driver's license. You get beautiful. LOVED the idea behind the plot, the plot, the "pretty toys," the characters... the list goes on and on. I totally identified with Tally, too. So, read this book! I'm going to get the rest of the series right now.
