What worked: Little Golden Books bring back fond childhood memories. As a former first-grade teacher, I included these books in my classroom library. These biographies are a fun way to introduce younger readers to important figures in history and also people like singer and Grammy award artist Taylor Swift.

I love the illustrations and text that start with Swift's life as a young girl that lived on a Christmas tree farm to her trying many things like riding horses, writing poetry, and playing the guitar. Swift decided she wanted to be a country singer and asked her family to move to Nashville at age ten. This biography shows her determination, persistence, and also the ability to take risks.

There's also fun facts like her love of cats, her fans, and her relationship with her mother. Swift is a natural storyteller.

I'm a huge Swift fan and loved this biography. It's perfect for younger fans as well as others too!

Fun insight into Taylor Swift's life as a young girl and her determination to follow her dreams.
