Someone Else's Summer was an amazing and emotional novel. It had a well written plot and captivating characters.

Anna's life is turned upside down when her sister, Storm dies in a car accident. She finds Storm's summer bucket list and decides to honor her sister by doing everything on that list which includes taking a road trip. She sets out to do the list with her sister's best friend and the boy next door; Cameron.

This was a great novel. I loved the whole bucket list idea and it was exciting to see Anna and Cameron embark on this journey together. I loved how they went to interesting places and met so many nice people. It was filled with fun adventures and self discovery.

I liked Anna and Cameron a lot. Anna was brave and strong while Cameron was supportive. I also liked Aunt Morgan. She was a great and understanding aunt and more like a friend to Anna.

This was the perfect summer novel and I would recommend it to fans of contemporary ya and romance!
