On a cold winter's eve, a little boy builds his very own snow boy to play with. But at the end of the day, it's time for the little boy to go in and he leaves Snow Boy all alone, left wondering where is his family? He sets off to search for where he belongs and discovers lots of different animals along the way, by doesn't seem to fit in with any of them. His last stop is Papa Bear who knows just how to help him find his family. All the animals come together to help bring Snow Boy's parents to life too.

SNOW BOY is a sweet and endearing story about finding family and help in unlikely places. Kindness goes a long way and if it wasn't for Papa Bear, Snow Boy would still be lonely, searching for his family. The illustrations are bright like wintery snow and are simply adorable. I like how the bear is the one to help and how the other animals join in, each bringing a piece to add to the parents. Family is important and this would make a great snow day read.

Final Verdict: I would recommend this for families of younger children aged four and up to share beside a warm fire on a cold winter day. It's cute and heartwarming and perfect for fans of Frosty the Snowman.
