This book was so entertaining! I could not (literally) put the book down! My mom tried to get me to fold the laundry I don't know how many times and I read it in probably only a few hours...Let's just say the laundry basket is still on my bed.
This book is good for 'army brats' (like me!) and young adults. It shows high school in a tough, realistic perspective...while still being absolutley hilarious! ;P

Megan's family has to move to Japan or somwhere around there an does not want to move because she doesnt want to leave her friends. Her parents decide to let her stay in the U.S. and live with her dad's best friend.

Little does she know that he has 7 sons. The McGowan boys at first are anything but hospitable to her but throughout the book she finds ways to deal with them.

When she gets there she meets Evan the 2nd oldest son who happens to be a total hottie and seems to be very "friendly" with her but he has a girlfriend who does not like her at all and spreads a rumor about Megan which makes Evan hate her. Big problem!

Then there is Finn. A guy her age who is into art and has been nothing but nice to her since she got there. He also happens to be Evan's younger brother.

Megan soon realizes that she has feelings for Finn! Big dilemma. Although the ending left me totally hanging, this is a must read book. There has to be a sequel!!!

That was an awesome book! It turned out way better that I thought it would. The main character, Megan Meade was fantastic. The way Kate Brian portrayed her was brilliant. You could definitely relate to all the characters. It almost brought tears to my eyes near the end. And you have just got to read about the "brotherly love". This is amust read for all teenage girls. Even if you don't occasionally read, this book will change your thoughts on books forever!

OMG That book is so awsome i can't belive that the book is done I want to read it all over again!!! I love it!!!! I can't wait to read the rest of your storys they seem so cool. Megans Meade is so like me, sometimes very shy but on the other hand can get in your face sometimes. I love that she loves Finn and He loves her, but I thought that her and Evan would be together in the end but finn was the one who kissed Megan first. but what really surprised me was when Doug showed up at the airport. i was getting ready to scream in astonishment acctually I did at 2 O'clock in the morning. i thought that it would be Finn coming to get her to come back but to my surprise it was Doug!!!! I was so happy that Doug came and got her. because if i where in the book i would of got her first thing!!! It was so wrong for Evan to treat her like that when him and Haily were going out. And i got mad at Megan for not doing anything when Haily hurt her feelings but I cheered when Megan got Haily. I was so exited i didn't go to sleep at all because I couldn't stop reading it I think it is the best book i have read so far, an I think that it is the best book ever!!!!!!!

I absolutely loved this book. I didn't think it would be that great. WOW! WOW! WOW! Those were the words coming out of my mouth every time I read a page. I finished in one night, it was that awesome. I am praying for a sequel to come out. I LOVED this book so much

This is the first of brian's books I've read and it won't be my last. It was amazingly entertaining and i couldn't put it down all night. I was itching to read more.

Meagn ends up living with seven boys who are very interesting if I have to say ny self. Well I was reading was always either going "ahh" or "wow". The only thing is I wished we got to know more about the boys, and Megan developed stronger relationships with them all. Not everything can happen in the first book though, afterall she lives there for two years. I loved how this was actually something that could happen in real life. It was more realistic then some books out there.

I absolutly reccommend this book to all teenage girls. I so hope she makes a sequel and a movie for this book. I have to say it is one of my FAVORITE BOOKS OF ALL TIME!

This is the only book I've read by Kate Brian. I tried to read her other books, but I couldn't finish them.

Megan Meade ends up living with seven brothers...the McGowan boys. I enjoyed reading her story as she interacts with all the brothers -- more or less the ones closest to her age. Brian did a good job making Megan have real responses and grow. I wish Brian had let Megan develop stronger relationships with each brother, but it is just the beginning for Megan and not everything should happen at the beginning. She still has to grow more.

I highly recommend this book to anyone out there. I laughed and "aawwed" and "argh"-ed at so many parts of the book. It made me wish I could have experienced living with seven brothers :)
