My younger cousins stay at my house often.

They take over my bed.
The girls play in my makeup and nail polish, and the boys mess with my guitar.
They take everything out of my closet and rearrange it into something that little hands can reach.
They fight over toys and stuffed animals hidden away in a toy chest I haven't used in a decade.

And then they find my bookshelf with my books; the ones without pictures.

Then they want to find our bookcase. With all the books from my childhood that my mother has collected over the years. And in that collection, ranging from the first Seuss books to the Cinderella adaptations, are the newer ones that she picked up just for this occasion. The newest generation and the new books to accompany them. This includes most of the Llama, Llama stories.

And every single child loves these stories, and I love them too. They actually teach a lesson. And they're quite amusing.

This book in particular seems to hold their attention.

I always found that any book can be good, it just depends on how you read it. And that definitely applies to children books.

So as far as a book about Llama's go, this one is great.
