Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
User reviews
The first three books were childrens' books and not very capturing. THis changed in the 4th book. It has become darker, the plot more complex and the book itself longer. Especially remarkable is Harry's feeling of no longer being in command of his life. This is a change to the usual self-assured Harry Potter, something that I find very refreshing. Of the Harry Potter the best volume yet.

Introduction
The book Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is one of the most exciting books of the series.
Description and summary of main points
It is Harrys 4th year in Hogwarts. He is in the most difficult competitions in the magical world for a student, the triwizard tournament, but it ends up being a trick to send Harry to the Dark Lord, Lord Voldemort.
In this Harry Potter there are gripping new twists to the past of Harry Potter and his foes. Also in this episode, the horrors of death riddle what contentment Harry and the others thought the school had, behind the walls. Someone will die, but who will it be?
This was an even better novel in the series than the first three!
rest in peace cedric!!!!!! i feel sooo sorry 4 him. why couldnt harry just be selfish for once and leave cedric behind?? noooo he had to be the hero and decide they both could b winners!! hermione gets with victor and ron is sooo jealous which is really funny. i think rn should just tell her he likes her and get it over with. overall i really liked it.
it's like a freak u out of your guts type of book.
most of my favorite parts are the parts that that r cool.
hears a list of them :
1.when the water bomb drops on Ron's head.
2.when harry gets the golden egg.
3.when harry chews the gillyweed and gets flippers so he can swim.
4.in the maze
5.when he fights voldemort
I'm probably going to receive thousands of pages worth of hate mail for this, but...I didn't think Harry Potter Book IV lived up to the expectations set by Prisoner of Azkaban. I had hoped that as Harry got older, the series would lose some of its goofiness, which really detracts from the impact of the otherwise excellent stories. I was wrong, however, and while I really enjoyed reading this book, it was not near as good as it could have been if certain elements were left out.
this is harrys 4th year at hogwarts and everybody thinks that lord voldermort is dead.
Soon there are events at hogwarts and these events are only for sixth years and seventh
years to enter these events you must write your name and put it into a goblet which is gaurded
with spells to make sure nobody other than the sixth and seventh years may enter this competition
and whoevers name is in the goblet has to enter the competition some how harrys name ends up
inside the goblet nobody has a clue who put harrys name in the goblet soon harry has to finish the
competition
i like this book because it makes you filled with suspense and i think those who like andventure and fantasy should
read this book.
The Harry Potter movies are tons better I really couldn't stand reading this book or any of the HP series. I didn't get past page 8 before UI told my mother she could give it to someone else.
