I will forever and always recommend golden books to anyone looking for picture books. The illustrations are timeless, the stories a mixture of classics and folktales.
This spring-themed collection includes Home for a Bunny, Where Do Giggles Come From?, The Little Red Hen, Two Little Gardeners, and Baby Farm Animals.
The Little Red Hen is one of my all-time favorite folktales, and Baby Farm Animals was one of my favorite Golden Books from my childhood. I'll certainly be enjoying these with my kids, especially now that the daffodils are blooming.
This collection would make a perfect Easter gift.
