Bea Black has just moved to a tiny two with two schools Modern Academy and another school, which is for magic and is secret. Her dad bumbles her enrollment, and now she is an Accidental Witch, and these chapters you read are her diary entries of how she fakes being a witch while she waits to end up where she truly belongs. Bea Black is an easily likable character. She is warm, friendly, and kind, and as we read about her trial and error at the not-so-regular school, you be laughing and cheering as this Accidental Witch tries to figure it all out without her dad realizing it. Her dad somehow misses all the signs that the town is different, with the shop names, the number of cats roaming around, the strange weather, and the uniform his daughter wears to school. Chapters written in diary format and featuring cute illustrations this is sure to be a hit with the younger crowd.
