Meg Cabot has done it again. She has created another great young adult series. I was pulled in from the beginning and did not want to stop till I was through. I had almost forgotten her ability to pull a reader into the book and the story.

The plot is original and handled in classic Meg Cabot style. I would never have thought of such a thing being possible (as it is a major spoiler, I will not say what it is for those who havent yet read it) but I could sympathize with the protagonist and her plight. I wish I could elaborate, but it would give too much away.

Along the same lines of sympathizing with the protagonist, the emotions the Cabot is able to create really resonated with me. I thought the emotions of the characters were right on target. I could really feel them and understand their feelings.

I absolutely cannot wait for the sequel Being Nikki which is scheduled for released next May. I look forward to more of the exciting story as well as the wonderful characters.
