Welcome to this addicting novel. The Clique consists of Queen Massie and her loyal subjects: Dylan, Alicia, and Kristen. They are the 'it' girls at their posh private school in Westchester, the Beverly Hills of New York. Then Claire enters the scene. She's the new girl that stands out in her Gap jeans and Keds. But she is determined to be accepted in Massie's Clique.

So pick up this addicting novel of rich, spoiled, middle-school brats. I'm already on my second book, it's that good.

THis is a great book that has a little of everyone in each chracter, there is a chracter every one can relate to wether ist Massie Block, rich and edgy, or Claire Lyons secretly confident with a different kida of edge!

I absolutly LOVE the clique series. I'm in 7th grade too, so i can definetly relate to them. THey migth be very rich and popular, but i still think these books are ah-mazing. There are so many hilarious moments and it has a really unique plot. I can't wait until #5 comes out, and i can read about massie, alicia, dylan, kristen and Claire again! Beign 12 is not too easy, && these are so much fun to read. The Clique sound alot like my life now, with peer pressure, guys and best friends. Theres no boubt, Lisis Harrison has done a great job writing the best books ever!

This book is exactly like middle school. You can find these characters, secreats, back-stabbing, and the want to be long in any hallway around the world. I am not in the most popular group but even in my group this happens where you follow your leader. This seris is one of the best I have ever read

Great. That is the one word that describes this book serise. When I got this book I found myself staying up late to read them, coming home from school and instead of flicking on the T.V. I would hop onto the couch and read. Though many people say that Massie and the rest of the Pretty Commitie seem older than than seventh graders I find that they act like the girls adults don't know.

If you have not read the clique, then you're crazy. Although it is about spoiled girls from Westchester, even though Westchester is the best, it has detailed plots and cliffhangers at the end of almost every chapter. This book is a must read, so read it.

This is an AMAZING BOOK! I read it like in 3 hours and I couldn't put it down! I'm not exactly sure why I liked it though. But it is amazing! I like Massie the best becuase she always knows what to do has really cool friends and has such a good time! I definatly recommend this book!

This book is such a good book!! Haven't read such a good book like this one for a long time. You dont know the meaning of "rich" if you haven't read this book. Or if you haven't met Paris Hilton. Anyways, an awesome book. Funny. If you like the movie, Mean Girls, you'll like this book. Four rich, popular, snobby, hott girls + one wannebe living with the queen bee = THE BEST BOOK EVER!!! If you read this book, your cool.

This is one of the best books I've ever read. If you want to read a series about middle school drama, read these books.

Massie Block is everything everyone wants to be. She has a perfect life, home, and to top it all off, she's SUPER rich. Her Clique is the ruler of Octavian Country Day School. Massie and her friends, Alica, Dylan, and Kristen, are who everyone envies the most.

Claire Lyons, new to Westchester ever since she moved away from her home in Florida, is new and is searching for acceptance. Wearing keds and overalls, she sticks out like a sore thumb, and clearly doesn't understand the concept of "high fashion." But it just so happens that Claire and her family are going to be staying in the guesthouse of a huge estate... MASSIE'S FAMILY ESTATE.

Opposites don't always attract! Will Claire and the Clique clash? Will Claire's "less than average sense of fashion" get on Massie's "high class fashion" last nerve? You'll just have to take my word..... THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS EVER, AND BOOKS #2 AND #3 ARE EVEN BETTER!

Oh my god! this is one of the best books i have ever read! From Lisi Harrison's well developed characters, to her tricky plot, it keeps you on your toes through out the whole book. I have read the whole series: The Clique, Best Friends For Never, Revenge of the Wannabes, and The Invasion of the Boy Snatchers. Also keep your eyes open for the newest addition to the Clique series, called The Pretty Committee Strikes Back Which comes out in March of 2006.
