delightful yoga instructions for preschoolers

YOGA TOTS: HAPPY TIGER is a really fun board book with yoga moves for toddlers. The left side of each page spread has a cute rhyme about tigers, carried from one page to the next. The right side of the page instructs children on how to do the different poses, portrayed as relevant to tigers.

What I loved: These are great, simple yoga moves that preschoolers will really get into. It includes cat-cow moves as well as some other basic movements around those. The text explains them well in ways that children can understand. The images of children show how the poses are done as well, helping to demonstrate them. The illustrations are full of color and diverse children, which will definitely appeal to young readers.

Final verdict: A great way to introduce some movement and yoga to toddlers/preschoolers, YOGA TOTS: HAPPY TIGER is a cute and fun board book to share with young readers.
