I do believe this is my favorite book of all time. It takes you right into Harry's magical world. It's as if you're really there, living his life. I absolutely adore Siris Black. Definitely my favorite character in the series. I can't even begin to describe how much I love his character and the relationship he has with Harry. Oh, Siris, how I love thee!

Yes, it is definitely a book that no one should go without reading. Get up out of your seat, go to the closest book store or library, and read it!

The third book, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban was an exciting one. As you read it, you were actually wondering what was happening the whole time, until he very ending, when Ron gets pulled under the whomping willow and when Harry and Hermione discover that Sirius Black, the man possibly responsible for the murder of Harrys parents. The ending was the best part of the entire book.

In this book harry returns to hogwarts for the third year. This year harry has been warned of a muderer.later harry learns the muderer is his grandfather.I like this book because it is not focused so much on harry's struggle with voldemort.

It's year three for Harry, Ron, and Hermione! This year though it's not Voldemort they're fighting. But things take a turn for the worst when Harry finds out that Sirius Black is his godfather and he betrayed his parents. The new defence against the dark arts teacher is his parents best friend though and that helps take his mind off things . This is in my oppinion the best book so far , but I hpoe that J.K. Rowling proves me wrong in her next books.

Personaly i think this was the best book out of all 6. There is nonstop action from copver to cover. Its the only book where harry, ron, and hermony are always friends. This i think sends a good message to the children.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is about Harry's third year at Hogwarts. Harry is once again back with his aunt and uncle for the summer, but there is another added annoyance for Harry. His aunt Marge, his uncles sister, is coming over for a weeks stay. Third years and over at Hogwarts are sometimes allowed to visit the all magic villiage of Hogsmead and Harry needs his permission slip formed, but his uncle says he will only sign it if he behaves while his aunt Marge is there. Harry was able to control his temper through his aunt making fun of everything about him and insulting his parents just until the night before she was to leave. After her insulting his father, Harry was unable to control his feelings and caused his aunt to inflate so much that she was lifted from the ground and began floating away. Before his aunt and uncle could stop him, Harry runs upstairs and collects all his clothes and school things in his trunk and leaves.

After getting a few streets away, Harry decided to sit down on the curb and try to sort out what to do. He just performed illegal magic for the second time and would surely be expelled from Hogwarts. Just when he was thinking this he noticed something on the side of a garage across the street and got his wand out and got up to get a better look. He then noticed that it was a large black dog. Harry took a step backward then fell to the ground. Luckily he had because a triple decker bus with "The Knight Bus" was written across it's front. The conductor told him the Knight Bus was transport for the stranded witch or wizard. So Harry had them take him to the Leaky Cauldron in London, the opening to Diagon Alley.

When he arrived Harry was shocked to see that the Minister of Magic was waiting for him. But he was even more shocked to learn that he was not in trouble for the accident and that everything was sorted out at his house. But that the Minister was worried for his safety. A convict from the wizarding prison, Azkaban had escaped. Harry wasn't sure why the Minister was so worried specifically for his safety, but was thankful he wasn't in trouble. Harry was going to stay at the Leaky Cauldron with the Weasleys until school started. While Harry was downstairs in the dining room of the Leaky Cauldron looking for something for Ron he had heard Mr. and Mrs. Weasley arguing about whether or not to tell Harry that the convict was indeed after Harry.

Harry returned to school in September. His friend Hagrid had become a teacher at Hogwarts. He had a pretty good year until near the end, considering that Ron and Hermione were bickering nearly the whole time about her cat trying to eat his rat. But at the end, Ron takes a different view between the whole conflict with the cat and the rat.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is the 3rd book in the series. In this book the feared prisoner Sirus Black escapes from the wizard prison, Azkaban. When news gets around that Black is out the entire wizarding comunity freaks out. Dementors, the guards of Azkaban, are all over even at Hogwarts. While Harrys working on his 3rd year at Hogwarts word travels to him that Black might be out to kill him. Harry becomes extremely worried because Black is supposed to be Voldemorts #1 death eater and might have even helped kill Harry's parents. While fighting all the regular battles of a year at Hogwarts Harry relizes the truth about Sirus and his family and eventually saves his life.

Book three is really good, a huge step up from Books 1 and 2. The story's starting to get really envolved and becoming more mature.

just so you know all the harry potter books i review are pretty mush ganna say the same thing that that is not becasue i wanna do this and get over with it its because it truly is true for all the books.

in this book, harry uses his fathers invisibility cloak to get into hogsmead after he was denied the opportunity to go. this is because sirus black hase broken out of askerban. harry finds and learns about whole new part of himself and his life that he never knew before.

i love this series because of all the suspence and that fact that it just makes you want to read more plus when you read it it's like your part of the book like your in the book and when you stop you just have to get back in. its like you've been put under a spell and have to continue but in a good kinda way.

i would recomend this series to anyone 10+ because at that age you can actually tell whats going on around you and understand it giving you the advantage of understanding the book better.
