This book was very interesting and made me wonder about some of the things they ask about. I almost cried at some points but it was still a great book. I would consider it a page turner.

This book is such a brilliant combination of fantasy and sci-fi and really makes you think. Other books in the series, such as a swiftly tilting planet, are awesome as well!! Madeleine L'Engle is an incredible author!

The first time I heard about this book is from my sixth grade teacher. She would read a chapter after lunch to us. students. I always look forward to it, and when she would finish the chapter, I get dissapointed when she would not read on. After she finished "A Wrinkle in Time", I went to the library to borrow it to read it again and again. I even read the other books in this serie.

This book is different than other books. This book is more fun and more exciting.

I think this book shows how a family's love can over power anyone or anything. Today the world's family's have fights. The children(including myself)are rebelious. The parents treat their parents with disrespect so their children act the same way. Children these days think school is a way to hang out with your friends. Parents think school is a babysitting service.......

I'm terribly sorry! I got carried away!lol! Anyway these children travel to worlds unknown to find and rescue their father from the clutches of evil. Before, they even begin their journey they meet Calvin a boy who is popular at school, but appearances at school can be decieving. Is calvin happy at home? Is he not? Does he have a crush on the daughter in the story? Well, read this book and find out!lol! okay?! what did ya think i was going to basically tell you every detail in this hidden story of adventure, love, and bravery. Guess again! READ IT,PLEASE!

Well this book changed my life. I love the way Madeliene L´Engle makes you feel special. In the book Meg is completely unpopular and in the end she ends up with the most pupular boy. Also the fact that you shouldn´t give up hope. After all those years her father was missing and then sundenly she finds him. It´s really touching.

I give this one a five because it kept my attention long enough for me to want to read the sequel. It's been a while, but I still remember some of it. I believe the girl's name was Meg and she had younger twin brothers and a baby brother who might have been named David or that might have been the popular older boy she met. So Meg's dad disappeared years ago and so she, the guy and her younger brother are sucked into a whole other dimension to go find him. They meet some witches and end up in a world where everything is just perfect, too perfect. I remember that just freaked me out when everyone did the same thing at the same time abd then you had to fill out so mnay forms to do one stupid thing. I guess what really kept me with the book was the relationship between Meg and that guy whose name is most likely David, her younger brother must have been Peter. I thought they were so cute together and I guess that's why I read 'A Swiftly Tilting Planet' which i think is the sequel, if not i got the name mixed up. I haven't read since fifth or sixth grade, most likely fifth, but i do know it's a good book.

A wrinkle In Time is a very interesting book, but one thing that I don't understand is the tessering. How do they tesser. When Charles Wallace explains it, it's not clear to me at all. What does traveling through time have to do with a line that is squared and the square is squared, and everything.

My favorite part of the book is at the end when Meg wins over Charles Wallace from it by using her love for him. I would have never figured out that love could have saved Charles from it. I couldn't put the book down until I found out what Meg had that IT didn't.

My favorite character in A Wrinkle in time was Meg because although she thinks she is dumb she really knows a lot more than she thinks. The problem is that she fails to realize it and gives herself a hard time in school. I think if she took her time to really get to know herself she won't be so hard on herself. She will also love herself as much as Charles Wallace loves her.

All in all I think this was an extremely interesting book. In fact I couldn't put the book down when I got to chapter ten (10).

A Wrinkle in Time is one of the best science fiction stories I have ever read. It tells the story of Meg, Charles Wallace, and Calvin who go on this increadible adventure to rescue Meg and Charles' father. Mr. Murry and Mrs. Murry are scientists and the last they heard of Mr.Murry was that he was on some top secret government business. Now they'll have to team up with three witches ( Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs.Who, and Mrs.Which)to fight the powers of darkness and save Mr.Murry from IT. Along the way they meet some strange people and creatures including IT, the dark thing, the Man with the red eyes, and Aunt Beast. The thing I liked most about the book is Meg's determination to find her father and rescue him. She thinks that no matter what, her father will always be able to save the day. She gets a big dissapointment when he can't and instead Mr.Murry has to rely on Meg to save Charles Wallace from IT. This book deserves nothing less than five stars!
