What I liked:
The Hardy Boys series was a classic when I was younger, along with Nancy Drew. If you were into a mystery, spy books were the go-to ones to pick up. Now, a new set of Hardy Boys is geared for an even younger crowd but still with the same fun aspect of solving the mystery alongside the Hardy Boys. This time, a scarce book has gone missing, a favorite library may be shut down, and there is a possible expansion of a golf course if the library is shut down. I appreciate that the Hardy Boys are still being used to impress that children can solve mysteries just as well as adults. They determined the best what, why, when, where, and how. This series does a great job of giving readers a chance to take all the clues presented at the very end of the book and come to their conclusion before the story ends. It helps to promote decision-making and logical thinking as a group or yourself.
Final Verdict:
Can you apply your thinking skills, take the clues, and solve the case before the Hardy Boys do? Hardy Boys is a classic, and I hope to continue seeing more books in this series to encourage a new generation of mystery solvers.
