Flipped

Flipped is about both Juli and Bryce. Next neighbours for years and years. Juli fell in love with Bryce when they were just eight, but Bryce thought she was a little creep. But now in eighth grade, Bryce finally starts to realise how amazing Juli really is, but Juli starts to realise how Bryce is not so great.

Told in two pints of view, Juli and Bryce, this book allows us to see how this amazing book develops, as well as the characters. Both Juli and Bryce are so different, but so alike each other. And it is really funny to see Juli falling out of love, but Bryce falling in, and it makes you think "Oh no! What's gonna happen now?!" This is a great thing for a book to have, and if this book was only that, it would be perfect. But it is more than perfect, because it has those little extras, like the journeys that each character takes.

This is a really cute book, and the movie is brilliant as well. I recommend it to everyone, because who wouldn't love this great read. Its funny, sweet and just plain awesome.

This book although it has an endearing and usual occurence that happens many times doesn't treat it well. The book is too simplistic and one can easily tell or guess what is going to happen. Basically a rundown version is...

A girl liked a boy for some years with him not really interested (if anything actually creeped out by her)in her. Then in a turn of events she loses interest after hearing him and his friend having a conversation about her and he starts to like her.

Although in some ways a sweet story it isn't a great book and although one will most likely enjoy it it won't be a memorable book.

This book was not the best book I have ever read, but it is worth some of your time to read it. It's kind of corny at the beginning, but worth finishing it at the end.

Flipped is a book that is told both from the perspective of Juli and Bryce, who have been next-door neighbours for 6 years now. Juli has been in love with Bryce since he first moved in. Bryce? Well, let's just say that he thought she was creepy and weird. Now in eighth grade, Bryce finaly starts to realise what an amazing person Juli really is. But is it too late for them? Because Juli starts seeing past those blue eyes and starts to realise what a jerk Bryce has been to her.

Sometimes I get a little annoyed with books that tell the same scene from different perspectives, because I feel like they are just repeating stuff over and over. I didn't feel that way for Flipped, because it was really interesting to see the same scene, but one misinterpreting what the other is doing. And it is really great to see Juli falling out of love the same time Bryce is falling in love. It keeps you on your toes, like "Juli! Don't listen to that! He really likes you!" and things like that.

This is a really great book that I definitely recommend.

this book was awesome! my teacher recommended it to me. he said that i would like this book and ill tell you right now i didn't like this book...i loved this book! i liked how it was one story but two different people were telling it from their views which happened to be very different. i liked the girl a little bit better. i liked how she loved that tree and how she wouldn't get down. she had courage and determination and she took a stand and that's hot. the boy kind of annoyed me because of how he judged the girl. but this book ROCKED!!! i didn't want to put it down!!!

You know how you never forget a book? Yeah, there's tons of them like that. Flipped is numero uno on the list of unforgettable books. I believe this is the book that made me fall in love with alternative POV's. Juli and Bryce are such great characters and I love getting inside their heads.

This book is different than most books because it shows the sides of two teenagers. The book starts when the two kids meet, till they are teenagers. This book makes you laugh and you will love it. I really liked how you saw the two different view changing. Its really geat.

This classic tale has me laughing out loud to muttering in frustration. A truly exceptional find, this book brings you laughs and tears. The moment Juli sees Bryce she knows she loves him. Bryce however cannot stand to see her and therefore goes to desperate measurements to get her to see that he isn't interested. However after a tragic crisis, Juli comes to realize that Bryce isn't totally worth while Bryce finally understands that losing Juli is the last thing he might want. Hence the title of the book flipped. They come together in a series of hilarious but heart wrenching situations that have you wondering, scream or laugh? Don't want to miss out on this one.

This book is soooooo awesome. I loved it. Both characters of the story are adorable. The way the author shows 2 sides of the story is really cool 2! U have got 2 read it!!

This was the first book I ever read were I felt I could not put the book down no matter what.
There need to be more books like this for the children of today. It offers a different view at the world, great people, and many reasons to laugh. The lessons are subtle, while the situations are ones that so many people can relate to.
It is a sweet coming-of-romance-age story that will delight many for years to come!
