The red pyramid is an incredible tale of Egyptian myths. Carter and Sadie have to use their magic and themselves to save there father who is hosting Osiris god of the dead. His brother set is trying to destroy. this book really got me into Egyptian myths legends. A truly great book.

I recommend this to kids who love myths and legends as much as I do. It has some physical and mental fights. If you enjoy books with adventure the you will like this book. this is a family book although it has some romance. If you like drama books might not want to try this book.

I give this book 4 stars because it is action packed. This book is written by Rick Riordan who is an amazing author. I only give it 4 stars because it isnt funny. There was allot of battles. Every one should try this book.
