Noble, Argus, Harlan and Tora dont quite fit in with their high school classmates. Thats because theyre hiding a secret: the four teenagers adopted by a forest ranger and his wife are actually a pack of werewolves.

Cry Wolf is the third in Edo van Belkoms series about the pack of teenage werewolves and it will make you want to read them all. The plot is simple: a couple of bullies at school threaten to expose the werewolves secret, and the four siblings must help to find a missing girl without arousing any more suspicion than theyre already under. Whats interesting is how the author focuses on the balance that the teens struggle to find between the wild world and the human world. The four can do things that other kids cant, but for all that theyre still human, they still face problems like bullies and high school crushes, deal with issues about being adopted, and fight to win the acceptance of their peers. The author has perfectly captured the essence of growing up different in a small town. Fans of the character Jacob Black from Stephenie Meyers series will love this wonderful series.
