among the hidden is a great book!!!! I have read it 2 times now, and the 2nd time made a lot more sense!! this is definitely a good book, but it is not my favorite. this book gave me great suspense, but i was so sad in the end! luke is a shadow child, and in that town it is illegal to have more than 2 children, Â but he is brave and goes to meet another 3rd child when he sees her in his window. here is some advice...

at the beginning it is really slow, but don't give up, because it ends up being amazing!!! i hope you like it!!!!!
