What are Brain Snacks? Well, there's an old adage: "Success leaves tracks." In other words, if someone is particularly successful in an area of his or her life, then he or she is doing certain things day in and day out to produce that success. Brain Snacks are effective ideas and strategies with detailed tactics to help teens turbocharge their lives. They're delicious and nutritious "snacks" of information that can help teens become happier, healthier, and more successful in their lives and, ultimately, make the world a better place.

I just wanted to thank the author for wring such a cool book. I have purchased this book for my cousin. Before I gave this book, I read it. I am glad we have teenagers out in the world that care enough to write a thoughtful and insightful book for his peer group.

Thank you!

Hey everyone,

I just got Brain Snacks for Teens on the Go! as an early Christmas present. My grandma let me pick a present from under the tree, so I happen to pick this gift. The book was funny and very helpful to me. I agreed with many of the ideas the author talked about and learned a bunch of new things.

My girl friend just gave me this book, and I read it in about 2 hours. As A 16 year old kid from
the Midwest, I am trying to better myself and for my girlfriend. Before I read this book I did not think twice about smoking and drinking beer. The author of the book, real made some great points, that in fact scared me. As a result I do not smoke or drink beer anymore. I am going to take my SAT test in January, so the ideas I got from this book I know will help me get a better score.
