Not That Kind of Girl
User reviews
I had a mixed feeling about this book. It was a
good read but it wasnt my favorite. It didnt meet my high expectations. It
has a slow and a little tedious start. However, it gets betterfunny and
interesting. It was good but not as good as I wanted or assumeditd be. I
thought Natalie was so tense and annoying, but shed start to come to her
senses later on. Yet it was kind frustrating to see her being in charge all the
time. I get that Natalie is so uptight and no-fun at all; but she was lovable
at some point. At least for me!
The only problem I had with this book was; I
expected the book would explain more about Natalies liferather than her
school life. I wanted to know what makes her who she is todayfamily, former
friends, living style and other stuffto get a better idea of her.
Also, I expected there would be some sort of edgy
romance going onhence, the coverbut there wasnt much.
Even if it didnt meet my expectations, it was a
good read, and it conveys a good message. Vivian did a good job in convincing us
(readers) that we should be OK with who we are, and what others thinks about us
doesnt matter, at all. And it shouldnt matter!
This book was jittery, intriguing, and sweet too.
I look forward to read more of Vivian books.
