Naked Eye (Fearless FBI #4)
An agent's work is never done.
Hot-shot recruit Gaia Moore has just managed to close one case -- and find her way back into the FBI's good graces -- when the Lollipop Murderer strikes again. Every minute that passes with the killer on the loose puts more innocent women in danger.
Gaia and Kim are closing in on the killer. But when all leads point to the same suspect, Gaia is thrown off balance -- and into conflict with her partner. Because Kim's theories incriminate the one person she desperately wants to trust.
This book has been the best one so far (that is if the author doesn't decide to cut off the series)the ending as always is more Gaia-like ending. It's devasting the way Will's life ended, but again it was always for Gaia. The part I enjoyed the most is in the end when she talks to her high school best friend Ed, because it shows that she's willing to move on and not dwell on the past.
