This book definitely had an intriguing storyline. After glancing at the synopsis I just had to read it. However, at times, the story was a bit unbelievable. Through what means Janie was kidnapped just doesn't seem to make sense, nor do her reactions to this at times. She seems unlike the average teenager and never argues with her family. Her perfect family. They were rich, they were always together and there never seemed to be a problem until Janie saw that milk carton picture. Excuse me, but it all just seemed a little too perfect. Nevertheless, I plan on continuing the series because with an ending like that, who couldn't?

Nothing special...

This book, though entertaining and suspenseful while I read it, was not the kind of book that I would reread or even think about for long before moving on to the next book. Im not saying I dont recommend this book, because I do, but if youre looking for a book that will leave you breathless, this is not it. The main character Janie leads a typical life until her mysterious past catches up with her one day at lunch in the cafeteria. Her own picture from when she is a young girl is staring back at her from a milk carton. The missing girl on the milk carton has a different name, but Janie knows its her. This event triggers some of Janies memories, but mainly makes her suspicious and eager to find out the truth about her childhood.
