What Worked: Daniel Tiger is filled with joy when Grandpere mails him a special note while he is away. That gives Daniel the idea that since it was something that made him happy, he could make others feel the same way by sending them notes.
Final Verdict: With the rhymes on each page the story moves quickly. It shares an age-appropriate way that young children can show their family and friends that they care. I like that this book establishes that children can take part in sharing joy and making this a gentler world. The book includes premade note cards to help your child get started on this activity which is a nice bonus.
