It's the 21st century, but the gods of Mount Olympus and assorted monsters have walked out of the pages of high school student Percy Jackson's Greek mythology texts and into his life. And they're not happy: Zeus's lightning bolt has been stolen, and Percy is the prime suspect. Even more troubling is the sudden disappearance of Percy's mother. Percy Jackson is a hero. His story is so great, and I did not want it to end! (I'll patiently wait for the sequel.)

Logan Lerman is cast perfectly.

Brandon T. Jackson is awesome.

Jake Abel. (Yeah, just everything about him.)

I love Greek mythology and Columbus captured the book's essence greatly. The graphics are superb. The casino scenes are awesome. I loved Medusa!
