MAKE TRACKS: TRAINS is an entertaining, interactive board book. The book introduces a type of train with labeled parts and then has a small track that little ones can use their fingers to "drive" around. They also include some tasks and questions for additional learning fun.

What I loved: This is a really great series, and this latest adds to the fun with trains! The book does a good job of giving the simplified basics about trains, such as freight trains, subways, and more. The best part is the little tracks that children can move the trains around, with a cardboard coin of the train that stays in the tracks of the book, so they can't get lost.

It makes for a fun little activity and imaginative play, while also bringing in the love of books. The questions ask for things like counting or performing specific tasks that allow children to think about the settings and expand their learning while playing. The illustrations are fantastic with plenty of bright colors and details to notice around the tracks.

Final verdict: MAKE TRACKS: TRAINS is a delightful and interactive board book that is great for vehicle loving toddlers and preschoolers.
