               A Bloodwater High student is mysteriously beaten at night in the city park. She wont say anything about the attacker. Another student, a highschool newspaper reporter, tries to interrogate her. After a day or two she goes missing. There are several suspects but no one could suspect the real kidnapper. The highschool reporter and a friend try to put the pieces together like a puzzle&read it and find out.

            This is a book by Pete Hautman. This mystery will keep you reading until you find out the truth. With a slight bit of suspense, itll keep you on the edge of you seat, or couch, or bed. This is highly recommended for young adults. If you know someone that is a fan of Pete Hautman, or just likes suspenseful mysteries, think about getting them this book.

            Definitely not one of Pete Hautmans best but still a good book. Check it out if you like mysteries or Pete Hautman.
