This book is very short and it's illustrations are comic book style. A battered and bruised man is staggering down the street with a package. He goes into a bookstore and asks the owner if he will buy the book in the package. The owner unwraps it and sees a very unusual book, furry on the outside with golden hinges. The owner buys it and the man flees. The basic premise is that the book is evil and it passes many hands - bad things happen to the people who hold the book. Then another book comes alive as a "librarian" to try to capture the evil book. This story is not very well thought out or put together, plus it only took me 5 minutes to read it. Keep this in mind when deciding whether it's worth the 5 minutes. It wasn't for me.
