Will she ever find her missing fish? Find out in the eighth exciting Babymouse graphic novel! “Ruff! Four paws up!”–The Canine Courier Growing up, brother-sister team Matthew and Jennifer Holm had numerous beloved pets, including the creatively named Ruffy–best known for once sporting a pink mohawk and eating an entire chocolate birthday cake.

Babymouse is back and better than ever in this graphic novel for young readers.

Babymouse isnt known for her ability as a pet caregiver. Her fishbowl has been home to five lost or wayward goldfish.

Now that its time for a new pet, Babymouse plans to branch out a little. She tries her hand with everything from a salamander to a hermit crab but has no luck until she meets a stray dog in need of some companionship.

Fans of the first seven books wont be disappointed in this, the eighth book of her series. Along with the trademark quirks that go along with the usual Babymouse saga, like daydreams and mild cynicism (figures!), this book features even more witty and sarcastic banter with the narrator.

Fun cameos by Calvin & Hobbes and Snoopy, among others, help make turning the pages a delight. A special bonus even comes to those readers who make it to the very last page.

This fan is looking forward to more Babymouse!
