Bunnicula: A Rabbit-Tale of Mystery (Bunnicula #1)
When the family started funding white vegetables, drained dry, with two fang marks in them, Chester was sure Bunnicula was a vampire. But what to do about it. None of the family seemed to grasp the trouble, and Chester's hilarious hints were totally misunderstood.
Was Bunnicula really a vampire? Only Bunnicula knows for sure. But the story of Chester's suspicions and their consequences makes uproarious reading.
Bunnicula is about a family who has a dog and a cat and one night they bring home a bunny. The cat, Chester and the dog, Harold begin to think the bunny is a vampire after he starts sucking all the juice and color out of veggies and fruits. Chester is more gung-ho about Bunnicula being a vampire bunny than Harold is. Chester decides to take it into his own hands and protect his family by trying to get rid of Bunnicula. This results in some really funny actions being taken. The book was short and cute but not really that interesting. The humor is what makes this book worth the read.
