Journey to the River Sea
This is one of my favorite books of all time! It has everything, historical facts, thrilling adventure. I love the characters and the plot line. Eva Ibbotson is also a remarkable writer and I have enjoyed many of her other novels. This was a step away from her normal fantasy but I loved it. I would recommend this book to unconventional adventure seekers.
This is actually a really good book compared to Ibbotson's other books which were more for a younger age group.
